The Basic Course, as the name clearly states, is the basis for every energetic practice and teaches the fundamentals of the techniques necessary to connect with subtle energies and with one's own Spirit Guides. In addition to guaranteeing protection and stability, this course helps you to better face the day and life in general, helping you to be centered, to live in the "here and now", to be more alert and concentrated.

 

It stimulates confidence with our mind and body, helps social interaction, promotes "letting go" of the things that block us and that do not allow us to move forward and evolve. It reduces stress and anxiety by promoting patience, positivity and relaxation. It also stimulates listening, promotes and reconciles sleep by providing excellent protection even while we sleep, protecting us from any astral entities that attach themselves to our etheric body when it is on the Astral Plane, during the R.E.M. phase.
